How much does a Home Staging cost?
Price is dependent on the property size, how many living spaces & bedrooms. We offer a no obligation quote, where we assess and design a specific styling package to suit your property.
How long does the Staging period last?
Generally for 4 weeks, but if an extension is needed then we will accommodate that for each property.
What are your payment options?
We have 2 different payment options available. One is payment upon signing the contract with a discount applied.
The second is a 30% deposit upon signing the contract, then the balance when the property has sold / unconditional and we removed the staging furniture / furnishings.
Where abouts are you based?
We’re located in Rolleston and service the all of Selwyn including Lincoln and Prebbleton.
We also service all of Christchurch city and the main towns in Waimakariri including Rangiora and Pegasus.
What should I do with ugly or dated curtains?
If the house has damaged or dated curtains, it is best to take them down and leave the windows clean and clear. You can leave the curtains in a cupboard, as they are sold with the house.
What does a full home staging include?
It includes staging, styling (furnishings & accessories) and full presentation of all: Entranceway, Living areas, Dining area, Kitchen, Bedrooms and Bathrooms / Ensuites.
